About Qubique | The next generation trade show for furniture and interior design.
Initiated by Offshow (founded by Matthias Schmid and Ulrich Weingartner, coming from the creative tradeshow business (Bread and Butter) and Ruben Hutschemaekers coming from the furniture sector), Qubique will show the best selection of inspiring interior design with high-profile and authentic brands and will be held annually at Berlin Tempelhof Airport with the first show opening its doors in October 2011. Among the first confirmed exhibitors are progressive brands, established players and firms that stimulate the market, such as Arper, Established & Sons, Bolon, Artek, Foscarini, Quinze & Milan, Marset, BD Barcelona, Nanimarquina and many others.
Over the course of two days for professionals and a further two days for the general public, Qubique will be exhibiting high-quality brands and products which are both unique and authentic, which have a history, but also function in a forward-looking capacity. Unlike the big, established furniture fairs, this trade show does not aim to provide an overall picture of the furniture market, but rather a look at the more inspiring, high-quality products on the market.
Studio Jo Meesters will be participating in the composed exhibition with new projects.
